Some days you don't know if you should just sit silent and still or scream.

How much does some objectivity cost?

Some days the cost of objectivity seems to be sanity. And sometimes it works the way Thich Nhat Hanh suggests it does - Buddhism has some nice ideas, at least in theory, including detachment from self.

Unfortunately, the way it works for me usually involves my sanity or lack thereof, and I end up running in circles.

:::hugs::: Cuppa tea?

My point of view -- a million dollars.

Someone else's -- five million.

Objectivity -- priceless.

Loved gannet girl's post.
Somedays I feel depression so strong that I want to be silent and just exist....others I am angry and want to scream. Thankfully some others a small cup of kindness makes the world beautiful once again. I am thankful most for those days.
