Insomnia

The Moon.
She kept me up tonight.
It was worth it.

My eyes are as ringed as a raccoon's. My problems look no smaller, and my shoulders ache from having been in one position way too long, but somehow, I am calm and feel capable of handling my challenges. I don't think they'll be easy, but I think they can be done. That's a change.

The painting is The Moon by Alphonse Mucha.

God that's a beautiful painting.

But I can't bear to look at the moon now.

Love the picture. I feel that you can do anything you set your mind to. You're that kind of person.

I've been feeling peculiarly competent and on top of things these last few days. And it seems like the moon has been full for days. We moonchildren know from whence our strength comes... :-]
