So as you exercise and build more muscle, your weight loss might slow some. It happened to me. On the upside, muscle uses more calories, so once you have the muscle it will be harder to put the weight back on. Kind of convoluted, but I'm pretty sure that's the science of it..<BR/><BR/>I love all your reminders to yourself. Especially the part about your knees and feet not aching all the time and being able to walk briskly again.
